Fight the Foot
from on .
If you are like me, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have a sweet spot in your heart. From the comics books to the Saturday morning cartoon to all three motion pictures (give or take the third one), TMNT has always put a smile on my face. (many) Years later, Richard Krause peaks my interest once again with the well produced and gritty short, Fight the Foot. If you haven’t seen this short yet, what are you waiting for?
If, after that, you are looking for more (and who wouldn’t be), our good friends over at Strange Kids Club have an exclusive interview with the director, Richard Krause. It’s a definite must read if you want a behind the scenes look at the creation of the short.
Special thanks goes out to our very own Fuel brother, Ronoll Scott III, at Fuel Your Illustration for the tip!

Takes its time to breathe like a fine wine. Very pretty – the cinematography and color correction are wonderful! A little slow for an action scene, but definitely builds the suspense. Very well done. Thanks!
When I was going into it, I didn’t know what it was at all. Then I saw Raphael and I flipped out. TMNT haven’t been on my radar in a long while, but when I saw this, it all came back. I do wish it had a bit more action, but for a teaser trailer for possibly more (crossing my fingers), I completely agree, it does build the suspense of the scene.
I truly wish someone at a studio would greenlight a full motion picture release of this version of TMNT! Definitely worth the $10+ movie ticket if it was to happen.
That would be awesome! It would definitely get me into the theater!
