Typefaces to Love #2
Typography can, and should, be a beautiful thing… unless it was meant to be ugly. Regardless, finding the proper typeface for your project can be a struggle even if you know what you are looking for. If you don’t, it can be disastrous. However, when you do find the perfect type for your project, it can all come together in a blink of an eye. Sometimes, it can take you in new directions or inspire a new idea altogether. This is where the “Typefaces to Love” series comes in. Hopefully, through the weeks, months and years to come or somewhere along the way, you’ll find the perfect typeface you were looking for. Or even something you weren’t.

Very nice fonts. Simple, clean, very useful!
Having used a few of these, wanted to share a few inspirations:
BELLROSE is a great font for giving things an old-fashioned touch of class.
CHAMPAGNE is great for weddings.
DEUTSCHE looks great scribbled on.
FACE YOUR FEARS looks great with a paint on animated mask.
and MARCELLE let’s you swing for the fences.
And please consider donating/buying/paying for these fonts if you are going to use them commercially. They are totally worth it and it keeps our font designers in business and providing us with more inspiration and awesome tools!
you gotta post these in something other than that pink/purple color – it makes the nice fonts gross by default!
Lol! Thanks for the tip! For any future TTL posts I’ll remember to change to color to something more appropriate. Thanks for coming by to see them and I apologize if I hurt your eyes at all!
Awful fonts
